Hi Morag. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Add some damp shredded newspaper and stir the contents a bit. This should get rid of the fruit fly. The condensation is not a problem as it keeps the contents damp and the worms happy. Jenni

Glad to see some more members joining in SA. I have been worming for quite a while, so if you have any queries, please feel free. It is great fun to meet wormers from all over the world on this site.
I have made my own wormbin based on the Can-O-Worms and have had great success. Do you belong to EIGSA? (Earthworm Interest Group of SA)
