Vermicomposting, worm bin, composting with worms community and forums

I live in an area of the world where the weather is warm and dry in the summer. I have found that styrofoam containers are great because they keep the worms nice and cool. Just get some of those white boxes that they often use for new appliances and the worms will be comfortable all summer long. A great way to beat the heat.

Styrofoam traps moisture and doesn't let air flow through too so you need to manage moisture and ventilation issues with styrofoam. I'm a little envious of where you are ... I think that (other than keeping the bins inside) managing sub zero temperatures is more of a challenge.
