also there seems to be a lot of small looking flies around my bin, I read somewhere that you can use a little bit of lime in the bin and that helps get rid of the flies, have you tried this method and if so what kind of lime would be best. I am assuming they mean the powdered kind right?
weigh them in the original bag? LIke put them back in the bag without the bedding? Should I also use a classic weigh scale or is there another scale that needs to be used?
Hey walter thanks for all your tips before, I just ordered the worms I got them yesterday and when I got home last night it was dark and I decided to check on the worms. I saw a few of them outside the bin, and when I opened the bin they were many worms linning the side of the bin. I dont know how many got out and I dont know how to keep them in. I looked through the bin today and I didnt see that many. Also when I opened the initial package it didnt look like there were that many worms in there. Do 1 pound of worms not look like that much?
thank you so much all the info you have givin me will help me a lot. One more thing who have you ordered your worms from and were they good quality as well as priceed well?
