Vermicomposting, worm bin, composting with worms community and forums
As far as I can tell, my Euros have all died off and I only have Reds in there now. It's been a while since I saw a really big worm in my system.
I can't help but wonder, is it because my system is so small? Maybe Euros need more cubic feet of bedding to really thrive in. Whereas the Reds are OK with not having much elbow room. So they just took over.

We are in the process of moving but aren't living in the new house yet... but my worms are. I figured they'd be just as happy over there in their new basement home, away from all the hustle & bustle. My system is three 5-gal buckets, two with holes drilled in them and the bottom one just a catch bucket.
