Thanks Sue! The small freezer is probaly the right size. In the winter where I live, the outside temp drops below freezing during the winter. I use the freezer to freeze stuff overnite to use the following day. Thanks for your tip.

Hi Ed, I was told that if I can keep 1000 worms alive for 4 seasons, I will have a pretty good grip on how to vermicompost. Starting slow with a good deal of research is, to me, very wise. My 1 pound of worms has grown to about 20 - 25 pounds. I am…

Hi Mark, Thanks for the info... I'll be checking every possible avenue for info as I am very serious about moving forward. Over the past few days the temp in the garage had stayed around 75-80 throughout the hotter part of the day. I notice a sign…

Ed, I have 4 bins in my garage where daytime temps were up to the 100s for at least 14 days. I added more crbons to the bin and froze the fresh food before feeding them, the bin temp stayed to about 80 but never over 85 degrees. I covered my bin wit…

Hi Ed, I have googled for the full-size OSCR, curious about it, but couldn't find it. What size would it be?
