Thanks for the mention, Whatknot. :-) My Canadian site is actually http://www.WormComposting.ca, but RedWormComposting.com is where I generally write about all my fun with worms. Definitely cool to see other ontario vermicomposters here!
Euro cocoons are a fair amount larger. I haven't really seen any other significant differences.
whats the difrents between euros coccoons and red coccoons

Hi everyone - apologies for the fact that I haven't been more responsive. I'm having a hard time keeping up with comments/emails from my own site, and am even worse when it comes to neglecting this great site.

Please DO send me an email: bentley@redwormcomposting.com if you have any questions etc. I can be a little slow to respond, but definitely faster than here. haha :-)

Thanks!

Bentley, We have just gotten interested in worm composting in the last couple of days. My nine year old granddaughter needs a Science Fair Project for school and was looking at doing something about composting. In doing her research she came across information about worm composting, which got her very excited about doing a project with the worms for her school project. We are busy trying to put together a bin and find a reputable vendor for the worms. I can't wwait to show her your websites and all the information you put out for us. Anything special we should know in order to make this a truly exciting and informative project for her fellow classmates?

Hi Bentley

I discovered your blog via the Wiggly Wiggler blog (http://wigglywigglers.blogspot.com/search/label/Compost%20Man) and have not stopped reading for several hours now - mainly about your vermicomposting adventures and more specifically about the trenches.

THANK YOU so much for blogging about this, for taking the time and for inspiring others.

Kind regards

Gwen

Hi Bentley,
I stumbled upon a problem in which I hope to have your expert advise.
Why is most of my adult worms dissappearing in my indoor bins
and I have lots of babies and youths?
