How were you introduced to vermicomposting?: A co-worker had a worm bin under desk

What kinds of worms do you have?: Eisenia fetida (Red Worms), Eisenia hortensis (European Nightcrawlers)

How many pounds of garbage do your worms recycle each week?: previously 5 lbs or so - now 100's of lbs from local restaurant
