Changing over to the 'Worm Bag'

I was getting tired of the worm pile harvesting method so I found Amy Youngs Worm Bag instructable on http://www.instructables.com/ Somewhere, I also found a 'self separating' method where you put down some black plastic in your bin, poke a bunch of holes in it, put new bedding and lots of food on top the plastic and the worms will eventually migrate up to where the food is.
