Don welcome to the Flow Through club. That is a good looking setup. How large is your barrel?

65 gallons. I have a few free ones I got from a friend of mine. The industrial shop he works with gets cleaner in them (it is a type of acidic brine that helps dissolve mineral oils.... about the same strength as beer). What I really like is the walls are 2.5 mm thick. So the drum is very sturdy.

That does look like a tough barrel. My blue one is starting to warp a bit. I dont think you will ever have to worry about that.

May i recommend you put the barrel on wheels before it gets too heavy. I put mine on a pre-made caster setup made to put tool boxes on. It was guaranteed to hold 2 thousand pounds. Got it at Harbor Freight for 20 Bucks.

I have a dolly for moving it around. I can move the barrel like it was a fridge or washing machine, when needed. Before I even added any material to the bin I stood inside it. I figured after that it could take quite a bit.
