I've built a new flow-through bin from my old bin.

Catherine how is your flow through working out. I see it has been nearly a year I'd love to see an update.

Hi Eve,
This composter is getting through loads of waste, although it did slow down somewhat over the winter months when the nightime air temperatures dropped well below freezing. Between all my bins I'm now managing to recycle all organic waste from the house and garden and I collect a few bags of manure from a local stable about twice or three times a month.

Wow! It sounds like your are starting to produce vermicompost big time. I am sooo jealous.

And I only got back into vermicompostign big time last spring: http://www.wormslovewaste.com/2009_01_01_archive.html !
Can't believe how many worms I have now!! I'm thinking of going into selling worms/ worm bins, but I don't have a huge amount of space- and I love the vermicompost too much to part with it.
Did you sees the harvest of VC I got from my 'accidental' worm bin?
