Yeah.. it was a lot of work. I had to basically saw through it with that knife to get it into pieces of that size. Not sure I'm going to be doing that again. I just was curious to see how long it would take to break down if diced up first so I thought I'd run this little experiment.

Thats a lot of effort. Isn't cutting up the cob quite difficult? That's why my cobs stay as is in the bin :)
