Diced up corn "waste"
This is all from a single corn on the cob. It is amazing the relative size of the discarded bits of a corn on the cob vs the part we eat.

Comment by Steven Chow on July 23, 2008 at 11:03pm - Yeah.. it was a lot of work. I had to basically saw through it with that knife to get it into pieces of that size. Not sure I'm going to be doing that again. I just was curious to see how long it would take to break down if diced up first so I thought I'd run this little experiment.
